I don't have a already graphic file. How can i do an order?

If you don't have print ready a graphic file or you want to modify a already existing graphic, the graphic department of Gorilla Magnets can create a complete and ready to print file or modify one for you.

Togheter we'll create the print file according to your desires as specifications until your complete satisfication. The graphic options are available during check out.

How to deliver the artwork?

for the best quality result please make sure your files have the following requirements:

• Accepted file types:: PDF, JPG, PSD, IE, EPS.

• CMYK Colors - All files must be in CMYK colors, Not RGB.

• Resolution – Minimum file resolution is 300 DPI on real size(100%).

• Bleed – you need to have 2,5 mm of bleed around the cutting line. For example: for square magnets in the size of 50x50 mm, the artwork size should be 55mm(=50mm +2,5 mm up + 2,5 mm down) x55 mm (=50mm+2,5 mm left + 2,5 mm right).

• Safe text zone – the text should be at least 4mm from the cutting line (6mm incl. bleed)

• Fonts – all fonts need to be provided as vectors (“Create Outlines”)

• Cutting line: Provide all files with contour lines (circle, contour/ figures, round corners)

How and when can I pay?

You can pay all your orders at Gorilla Magnets through a bank transfer. After receiving your order, we will check the files and make a digital proof for your approval on the print. You'll receive an invoice for your order, together with the digital proof. The invoice must be payed stating the invoice number to confirm the order and start the production, . Payment details can be found at the bottom of the invoice.

What are your shipping costs?

No shipping cost! - Our prices include shipping to one address in Europe. if you are outside Europe... no problem... just send us an inquiry and we will be back to you at no time with the right prices to your country

What's the delivery time?

Delivery time is between 2 to 5 week, depending by product. The manufacturing start at graphic proof approval and invoice payment. A quick manufacturing is possibile, get a quote here.

Can I print something on the back of the magnets?

The back of the magnets is mostly printable only with screen printing technique (in one color.. white gives the best results) please consider that the cost can be 2x as single-sided (full color) printing. For exact cost please request a quote here.
